Walk With Nature Foundation is a Section 8 not-for-profit organization working towards nature conservation, wildlife and bird conservation, environmental awareness, animal welfare, habitat protection, rescue support, rehabilitation initiatives and related environmental activities.

By accessing or using our website, submitting information through our forms, making a donation, registering for membership, or using any payment facility available on our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. About Walk With Nature Foundation

Walk With Nature Foundation operates as a not-for-profit organisation and uses contributions received from donors, supporters and members towards its stated charitable, environmental, conservation and social objectives.

The Foundation does not currently sell commercial products through this website.

2. Use of Website

Visitors may access and use this website for lawful purposes only.

The Foundation may use donated funds for eligible organisational activities, conservation projects, wildlife and bird protection initiatives, environmental awareness programmes, rescue and rehabilitation support, administration and other activities consistent with its objectives.Where a donor specifically contributes towards a particular campaign or project, the Foundation will endeavour to use the contribution for that stated purpose. Where circumstances require, the Foundation may allocate the funds to a closely related activity consistent with the Foundation's objectives.

4. Membership and Recurring Payments

Where membership or recurring contribution facilities are offered through the website, the applicable amount, frequency and terms will be displayed before payment or authorisation.If a donor/member authorises a recurring payment through UPI Autopay or another payment mandate, subsequent payments may be processed according to the mandate authorised by the donor/member and the applicable payment service provider rules.The donor/member may cancel or revoke the recurring mandate through the applicable payment facility, UPI application, bank or by contacting the Foundation, subject to the applicable payment processing timelines.

5. Payment Processing

Payments made through the website may be processed through third-party payment service providers such as Razorpay.Walk With Nature Foundation does not store complete card, UPI PIN, banking passwords or other confidential payment credentials on its own website servers.Payment processing is subject to the terms, conditions and privacy policies of the relevant payment service provider.

6. Tax Exemption / Donation Receipt

Where applicable and subject to the eligibility and prevailing laws, the Foundation may issue a donation receipt containing the information required for tax purposes.Donors are responsible for providing accurate information required for issuing receipts or other applicable documents.Tax benefits, if any, shall be subject to applicable laws and the donor's individual eligibility.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the text, logo, photographs, graphics, documents, videos, designs and other content published on this website belong to or are lawfully used by Walk With Nature Foundation.No content may be reproduced, modified, distributed or commercially exploited without prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.
